Der Koch beim Dinner in the Dark ist sehend. Er führt sehr erfolgreich ein eigenes kleines Restaurant und catert häufig für unsere Veranstaltungen tagsüber.

The Cook at the Dinner in the Dark is not blind. He manages a very successful small restaurant and also caters for our day-time events.

4. Können Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten berücksichtigt werden?

Ja! Wichtig ist, dass Sie bei der Reservierung die Unverträglichkeit angeben. Das Menü wird dann nach Ihren Bedürfnissen zubereitet.

5. Gibt es im Dunkeln Getränke?

Es gibt eine Auswahl an Softdrinks und alkoholischen Getränken. Sie bestellen ganz einfach bei Ihrem Guide und zahlen die Getränke am Ende des Abends im Dunkeln. Das ist ganz leicht, denn alle Münzen unterscheiden sich an den Größen und an den verschiedenen Rändern. Die Geldscheine kann der Guide mit Hilfe einer Schablone ausmessen. Fragen Sie einfach bei Ihrem Guide nach.

Do you serve drinks in the dark?

We serve an assortment of soft and alcoholic drinks in the dark. Simply order what you would like to drink and pay at the end of the evening at your guide. This is easy since all the coins differ in size and imprint. The guide can identify the bank notes with the help of a template. Please do not hesitate to ask your guide to tell you more about it.

7. Gibt es eine Gruppenermäßigung?

Nein, eine Gruppenermäßigung bieten wir nicht an.

8. Dürfen Gäste rauchen?

Im Dunkeln ist Rauchen natürlich nicht gestattet. Wir bieten Ihnen aber die Möglichkeit, vom Personal ins Helle geführt und anschließend wieder zurückgebracht zu werden.

Is it allowed to smoke?

Inside the exhibition it is not allowed to smoke, because of the light and the non-smoking and safety regulations. But if you ask our guides, they will bring you into the foyer where smoking is allowed.

9. Sind die Toiletten auch im Dunkeln?

Nein. Die Toiletten sind im Hellen. Sagen Sie einfach dem Personal im Dunkeln bescheid und Sie werden ins Helle begleitet und dort auch wieder abgeholt.

Are the toilets in the dark?

No, the toilets are in the foyer in the light. Please ask the guides to bring you out of the restaurant and to take you back inside again.
